We offer the following delivery options:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method chosen. Promotional free shipping may be available at times.
4. Packaging & Heat Protection
Since chocolates are heat-sensitive, we use insulated packaging and cooling materials where necessary to ensure your order arrives fresh and intact.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment's progress until delivery.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details. Meltique is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
7. Damaged or Melted Products
If your chocolates arrive damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and items so we can assist you.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Meltique ships only within the country. International shipping will be announced when available.
