Meltique — Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every Meltique chocolate experience. Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, our return and refund rules are specific. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:
- Products arrived melted, damaged, or unusable.
- Incorrect items were delivered.
- Your order was not delivered at all.
Refunds are not provided for taste preferences or if the product was mishandled after delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
3. Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or melted due to transit conditions, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Because chocolates are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we cannot accept physical returns of products.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
