6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Meltique is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your chocolates arrive damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products so we can assist you.
